1. Perfumes that are not delivered sealed cannot be returned because they may have been opened or tampered with, which could compromise their quality and authenticity. Once a perfume is opened, it is difficult to determine if it has been used or contaminated, and reselling it could be a health risk to the next customer. Additionally, perfumes are highly susceptible to oxidation and degradation when exposed to air, light, or heat, which can affect their scent and longevity. For these reasons, most retailers have a strict policy against accepting returns on opened or unsealed perfumes.

3. Conditioner, Body oil, Body Wash, Body Lotion, Linen Spray, After-Shave Lotion, and Barber Spray are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
